• We take every possible precaution prior to and whilst providing onsite services.
• N95 masks are used and we sanitise frequently before and whilst on site.
• Before coming on site we would determine the nature of the call out and try to resolve the issue remotely or asap. Should we determine that it would be faster to resolve at our office we will inform you as soon as we make that determination.
• IDST Critical IT Services is registered as an essential services provider

We have separate rates for different services. First consultation is R350 per hour depending on travel. After that a standard rate of R300 per hour is applicable.
Remote support is logged at R250 per hour.
All other services need to be quoted for depending on exact nature of the client’s needs.

We do not charge VAT.

Yes, we can assist. Sometimes the issue will be with your service provider and we would be able to communicate to them where we feel the problem is and what needs to be done to correct it.

Yes we can assist with email issues.
We support Microsoft Outlook and later versions along with Mozilla Thunderbird

Yes we provide new factory built computers, such as DELL, Lenovo, HP, Proline and Asus. We also do custom builds if required.
We generally advise to go with a named brand as extended warranties of up to 3 years are available.
